New Features

RightScale's Unified Cloud Platform has the following important updates with this release:

Support for provisioning spot instances in both Servers or Arrays.
Support for scaling arrays based on SQS. When selecting queue-based, you can select indicator and audit queues from any region. Previously, you could only select US-East.
Support for placing cluster compute instances into placement groups.
Support for enabling NAT instances and assigning static private IP addresses when provisioning servers in a VPC.
API 1.5 Updates

The following fixes were applied to UCP:

DSS:
- Fixed datacenter/ssh key URLs
- Improved column resizing
- Added ServerTemplate revision information to the ServerTemplate column
- Sidebar Show/Hide state persists
Several usability bug fixes applied to RDS
