Enter a name for the sub-account. Later you can invite users (by email) to the sub-account. Once you create a sub-account, it cannot be deleted from the Dashboard. You must contact RightScale (use the Support link) to delete a sub-account for you.
New Sub-accountSub-accounts provide a way for partner-enabled accounts to allow other users to use their AWS credentials.
Show a Sub-Account
The Clouds tab shows the cloud infrastructures that the sub-accounts are configured to access. (EC2-US, EC2-EU, Rackspace, etc.)

The Info tab shows general information about the RightScale sub-account. The owner of the sub-account is the person who created the sub-account. To add an organization name to a sub-accountyou will need to contact RightScale Professional Services.
Show Sub-account > Info tabThe Invitations tab lists all your invitations that have been sent but are still pending (unaccepted). As long as the invitation is pending you can still cancel/revoke the invitation. Invite new users to use your Account Groups by creating an email invitation. Both the sender and the recipient will receive the email invitation. Invitations will expire after six days. When you send an invitation, the user will receive an email from root@rightscale.com that contains a membership code. To accept an invitation, go to Settings -> Account Settings -> Account Groups tab and enter the provided membership code. Be sure to select the desired account (you may have access to multiple accounts). A membership code can only be used once. You will need 'admin' role permissions to accept an invitation. Once an invitation has been accepted, the shared objects will appear under the appropriate Shared category when viewing the MultiCloud Marketplace in the account in which it was activated. Be sure to check the spam folder if the email invitation appears to be lost.

Show Sub-account > Permissions tabThe Memberships tab shows a list of the sub-account's Account Group memberships. You must have 'admin' role privileges to add access to an Account Group of the master account. Once you are a member of an Account Group, you will have access to any objects (ServerTemplates, RightScripts, Macros) of a particular Account Group. Shared objects will appear under their respective "Shared" category.
