System Configuration

Settings to configure general daemons through the database

Special System Configs for creating RightScale News and RightScale Alerts:

  • Name = "RIGHTSCALE_NEWS": If exists, value will be displayed (using markdown) in Dashboard > Overview Tab
  • Name = "RIGHTSCALE_ALERT": If exists, all the values of the System Configs called "RIGHTSCALE_ALERT" will be displayed (using markdown) in a yellow "RightScale Alerts" box above the "Recent Events". Note that the "RightScale Alerts" box only gets displayed when at least one of these System Configs exist.
