Terminate a Server

Objective

To terminate an existing operational server within a deployment using the Deployment Servers Tab UI.

Prerequisites

  • An existing Deployment with a running/operational Server within it
  • 'actor' user privileges

Steps

  1. Navigate to your Deployment from the Manage > Deployments menu
  2. From the Deployment's Servers tab, select the Server(s) that you wish to terminate by checkbox (do not click their nickname).
  3. Select the Actions > Terminate menu option:

  1. If prompted with a confirmation dialog, type 'Confirm' into the confirmation field, then click Terminate. Your servers will now be terminated, and you will be returned to the Deployment's Servers tab.
  2. Alternatively, you can terminate a server from the server level by clicking the server's nickname, then clicking the server's Terminate action button
