When will Rackspace deprecate the First Generation cloud platform?

Resolution

Rackspace First Generation (legacy) is no longer supported within RightScale. End of Support was October 31, 2013 and End of Life was December 31, 2013. Rackspace is encouraging the use of Open Cloud and is recommending registration on the new Open Cloud platform as an alternative to the old platform.

Additionally, it is important to note that all previously released RightScale assets that support Rackspace First Generation (legacy) are no longer supported and may not boot properly. Please contact RightScale support if there are any questions: support@rightscale.com.
