Why can I only set backups to ROS?

Answer

The Primary Backup is set to ROS (Remote Object Store) since Google does not have volumes/snapshots. The keys should be used in "Primary Backup Secret" and "Primary Backup User" inputs where Primary Backup Storage Cloud = "google"
