To add an existing private cloud (CloudStack) to a RightScale account so that users of the account can access the private cloud and its resources.

Since the private cloud has already been registered with RightScale:
Next, enter your CloudStack Credentials given to you by the CloudStack cloud administrator or taken from the CloudStack console.
On the same Clouds tab or on the Cloud Credentials widget in the Overview tab, you may check the status of your cloud.
Both of these items must be valid and active (green) in order to successfully launch cloud server.
Allow RightScale several minutes to populate your account with the appropriate images before launching servers. In the RightScale Dashboard, navigate to Clouds > CloudStack > Images where RightScale queries every few minutes for the images.
