RightScale Cloud Management Platform July 2014 Release has consolidated the remote access capability with SSH. Users will still be able to connect to their server by clicking the MindTerm button but the session will be initiated via the Java Web Start SSH Launcher.
After the July Release, MindTerm users attempting to access their servers remotely will be prompted with the following error.
Could not Initialize MindTerm via Lauchpad. Please contact customer care. java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.mindbright.application.Midterm

2. After the installation, go back to the server you want to connect to and click the SSH Console button. Just click Run at the java prompt to connect to the Server.
