Is it possible for a user to rename a RightScale account?
Yes, a user with an admin permission on the RightScale Account should be able to rename the account by browsing to Settings > Account Settings then clicking the name beside the Account (rename as desired). Click "ok" once done and the update will be persistent. Changes to the account name does not affect the operation of the account, we keep of the account track using account number.
NOTE: The new name will not be updated instantly on the dropdown menu as part of the account selection (if you have multiple accounts) but does come through after a period of time.
