Background Information
It's important to know what timezone the autoscaling schedule is based upon.
Answer
The timezone for the autoscaling schedule is UTC (Coordinated Universal Time)
For instance, if the user is in PST and enters 10:00 during daylight savings, then 18:00 is entered in the db. If it is not daylight savings, 17:00 is entered in the db. During non-daylight saving time, values that were entered during daylight savings are displayed one hour off.
