Background Information
You have MySQL Query Browser installed on a PC and want to connect it to an EC2 database.
Answer
You can do this by opening TCP port 3306 for the server under Design > Security Groups.
Warning: This presents a serious security risk as it exposes the database publicly. Proceed with caution.
