Error when launching server 'Unknown rs_agent:type '5''

Overview

Can't start instance due to the following error, "Unknown rs_agent:type '5' ". 

Resolution

This tag here "provides:rs_agent_ver=5" 

is a tag on a older Multicloud Images (MCI) that is no longer supported. When you try to launch the server it will try to read based on the tag and give the error Unknown rs_agent:type '5'. If you remove the tag on the MCI, the server should successfully launch.
